AAAAArrggghh I've been so damn busy lately I've barely had any time to do anything not work related! I finally got some time this afternoon, though, so here is something small...
I don't know how many people have played Platinum and Nintendo's The Wonderful 101, but I'm about half way through myself, and I am most certainly enjoying myself. The combination of clever design, genuinely funny writing, steep challenge and modern spectacle have elevated this quirky game to be my current favorite action game, second perhaps only to Godhand. It's a refreshing change of visual style and tone from Platinum's recent work, and certainly the most impressive Wii U game, excepting possibly Pikmin 3.
I really just can't stress how much I love this game. If you have a Wii U, I'd recommend it. If you don't have a Wii U, just go freaking get one already and play this. And Pikmin 3 while you're at it.

Oh man, I love this game. It's the first game in awhile where the voice acting didn't make me cringe. Quite the opposite, actually.
